Tell us the reason for your return by mail and you will be given a file number. With this, fill out the return form that comes with every delivery. Attach a copy of your delivery order to the article concerned and return all to the address indicated on the form.

Guarantee

Our products are fully guaranteed. If you receive an article which has a defect, do not hesitate to send it back to us. Return it within 10 days, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original package. It can be exchanged or the buyer can be reimbursed. Gifts may only be exchanged by or reimbursed to the original buyer.

Return charges and reshipment

If there is a mailing error or if an article is defective, we will reimburse the buyer the return charges and pay for the reshipment charges. If your order is returned to us because of an incomplete/incorrect address or not signed for (unclaimed) at the time of delivery, the reshipment will be paid for by the purchaser. Likewise, if you want another size, style, color, or model, the purchaser will be charged for all shipping costs (the return of the product to us, as well as, reshipment back to the buyer). If you want to be reimbursed for a correctly delivered article, the return charges will be paid by the buyer as well as the initial shipping charge even if the original shipping was free. In all cases, returns must be sent insured and using either UPS, FEDEX, or CHRONOPOST with the shipping paid in advance.
