Chic & branché LLC is an American company based in New York City. We use this ready to wear French brand, "Chic & branché," which was created in June, 2002, in Paris. The majority of the products sold on this site are made in France. Articles such as t-shirts are knitted and made by qualified and conscientious personnel in workshops located in the French town of Troyes in the Champagne Ardennes, a region reputed for its textile tradition and for the quality of its products. We want to offer you the best of French textile knowledge.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American express (except in France) and Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary to order from this site. Paypal processes credit cards whith or without a Paypal account.

This information is indispensable to us for billing and it allows us to contact you in case there are any problems processing an order or to inform you of promotions. However,if you have already set up a Paypal account it will not be necessary to give us your credit card information. Do we have other uses for this information? Chic&branché.com is the only owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties. Any person or company who by any means procures part or all of this information will be prosecuted. Can I gain access to my personal information, to correct, modify or delete it? You may directly access your information through your account. You can change or delete your data simply by email. How do we protect a child's privacy? Conforming to child protection laws, Chic&branché.com never knowingly asks for personal information that is identifiable as coming from someone less than 13 years old without seeking prior parental consent. If we have knowledge of a subscriber being less than 13 years old, all personal information about this person will be immediately removed from our files. Do we use "cookies"? Our products are fully guaranteed. If you receive an article which has a defect, do not hesitate to send it back to us. Return it within 10 days, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original package. It can be exchanged or the buyer can be reimbursed. Gifts may only be exchanged by or reimbursed to the original buyer.
Return policy	top
Tell us the reason for your return by mail and you will be given a file number. With this, fill out the return form that comes with every delivery. Attach a copy of your delivery order to the article concerned and return all to the address indicated on the form. Return charges and reshipment If there is a mailing error or if an article is defective, we will reimburse the buyer the return charges and pay for the reshipment charges. If your order is returned to us because of an incomplete/incorrect address or not signed for (unclaimed) at the time of delivery, the reshipment will be paid for by the purchaser. Likewise, if you want another size, style, color, or model, the purchaser will be charged for all shipping costs (the return of the product to us, as well as, reshipment back to the buyer). If you want to be reimbursed for a correctly delivered article, the return charges will be paid by the buyer as well as the initial shipping charge even if the original shipping was free. In all cases, returns must be sent insured and using either UPS, FEDEX, or CHRONOPOST with the shipping paid in advance.

The majority of the products and clothes sold on this site are made in France. The shipping is sent from warehouses located in France. Orders are handled within 1 to 4 working days. Deliveries Deliveries require a signature. If no one will be available to sign for the package at your home, we suggest listing a work or daytime address. Shipping is free for orders of 3 or more articles for France, Monaco, Andorra, Switzerland , Luxembourg and Belgium. This price includes a TVA French tax of 19.6%. In USA sales taxes will be charged only on orders to New York State (our home) For international deliveries coming from France (the country that the majority of products are shipped from), the order may be submitted to some taxes and import laws/regulations at the customer's charge and responsibility.
